Phillip Island Saturday
Everybody woke up 5 am to heavy rain and thunder.
But the first session was dry, cloudy, and a lot colder than yesterday.
In the beginning of the session Alex was struggling a bit to find the same feeling as
the day before.
In the end he managed to find nearly the same pace as the friday qalifying.
Before the last qalifying we all sat down and analysed what was holding him back.
We got some help from Shaun Clarke at Motologic Ducati, an Australian superbike team.
He and allso Wayne Maxwell one of the fastest Aussies around Phillip Island gave
Alex some usefull help about the secrets of a fast lap.
During the session Alex tried to find someone to follow but it was difficult.
In the end he did a 0,7 sec improvement from first qalifying to the second,
and he did it on his own. His time was 1,36,9
Alex: Im pretty satisfied with my laps but I have still a lot to learn of how to
ride a 600 on this fast big track.
I know what im doing wrong compared to the fastest guys, but it takes time to learn.
For the race I hope to make a good start and improve my laptimes.
My practise starts have been going good ,best was 0-100 on 3,3 sec

Vi hörs!!
